The house is newly reconstructed. It enjoys favorable climate, due to its orientation to south. However it doesn't get too hot in summer, since it lies more than 700 meters above sea level. It contains two separate apartments with dedicated bathrooms and kitchens.

Parking is either on driveway or alongside the street. Internet and TV connection is realized by 1 Gbps optical cable. Self-service check-in/check-out.
